FAQ
When will the Archive Sale end?
The Archive Sale is scheduled to run until 4th May but may end earlier depending on stock levels. We will send communication to notify you when the sale is ending.
What is the discount?
The discount range is 50-70% off.
Discount codes will not apply, but store credits will.
Will the sale also be in store?
No, the sale will only be online.
When will my order be shipped?
We normally ship orders within 1 to 2 days from when they are placed; however, during the Archive Sale, order processing will unfortunately take much longer. We will aim to process all orders as quickly as possible, but please be aware it may take up to 7 to 10 working days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Where is my order receipt?
During the sale, there is a high volume of orders, and this can result in delays in order receipts being sent out by our systems. Certainly, if you haven’t received an email after an hour, please reach out to our team for assistance.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please email store@ourlegacy.com, and our team will look to assist. Please note that if the order has been released to our warehouse for processing, then cancellation is not possible.
Can I change or remove an item on my order?
If you need to change an item on your order, please reach out to store@ourlegacy.com and request an order cancellation. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to the order during this time. It will be better to place the order again with the correct items.
Can I return my order?
Returns can be made on all purchases, and items must be returned to our warehouse. We will not accept returns in store for Archive Sale items. Please reference our Shipping and Return page for further info.
Can I change my address?
If you need to change the address or other details on your order, please reach out to store@ourlegacy.com for assistance.
Can I combine my orders in one shipment?
Orders will be combined if they are released to our warehouse at the same time. However, with the volume of orders we receive during the Archive Sale, it may not always be the case that your order will be combined.
Will I receive an FTA invoice?
For all markets where FTA applies, the commercial invoice will be digitally sent to the DHL Express when the order is shipped.
Will there be any restocks or further reductions?
There are no plans to restock or make further reductions during the Archive Sale period.
Is it possible to receive a discount on items once the sale has ended?
We cannot offer any retrospective discount once the sale has ended.
