SHIPPING
What is the shipping cost for my order, and when will my order be sent out?

Do you ship to my country?
OUR LEGACY ship to most locations worldwide. Please find the full list of countries by clicking the globe at the header of the page.
How can I track my shipment?
International orders will be shipped with DHL Express. Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive the DHL tracking number by email. For Swedish customer the order is sent with DHL Freight and will be delivered to your chosen service point while in checkout.
I placed multiple orders, will they be shipped together?
When multiple orders are placed within the same brief period, and with the same shipping information our warehouse team will try and send this together. If you wish to have your orders sent separately, please reach out to store@ourlegacy.com after you placed your orders.
PAYMENT
What are your accepted payment methods?
OUR LEGACY accepts payments with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Klarna. For Swedish customers we also accept Swish.
Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?

I need help with sizing.
You can find sizing charts with all measurements for our products on the product page. In the detail description you will also find the fit of the product. If you need further information in regards of size and fit, please reach out to store@ourlegacy.com.
Where are your products produced?
Almost all of our products are made in Portugal. You can see the fabrics origin in the description of the product page.
ORDERS
Can I make any changes to my order?
The processing of your order starts as soon as your order is placed. With a limited timeframe for us to cancel or amend it. Please not that during busy periods such as holidays, sale and new releases may prevent changing your order in time. If you would like to change your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible on store@ourlegacy.com
I did not receive my order confirmation.
As soon as your order is placed, an order confirmation is sent to the email address you entered in the checkout. If it is missing, please make sure you have provided the correct email address and check your email spam folder. If it is still missing, there might be a typo in the email address on your order. Please contact us at store@ourlegacy.com, and we will sort it out for you.
When do I receive my order?

My tracking link does not work.
Note that it can take DHL up to 24 hours to update the tracking link. If your link is not updated after 24 hours, please reach out to store@ourlegacy.com
Does OUR LEGACY provide VAT discount on my order?
Customers ordering from outside the European Union will receive a 25% VAT discount on their order. This is applied at checkout once you have given your delivery details. To calculate the price with the VAT discount applied, divide the displayed price by 1.25. Please note this figure is different to simply reducing the price by 25%.
The following countries are not subject to the VAT reduction as local taxes are applied at checkout: United Kingdom, Australia, Norway.

During 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to return your order.

Does OUR LEGACY provide a return label for my order?
OUR LEGACY store is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the return of a product.
How do i send my order back for a refund?
If your order was delivered with Airmee in Sweden, simply book your return via Airmee´s app or via the link sent to you by sms. Please contact us if you are unable to book a return via Airmee, at Store@ourlegacy.com.
For customers outside of Sweden, you can simply post, or use a courier service to send the order back for a refund.
Please clearly mark the goods as RETURN on any customs paperwork and declare the correct value of goods. Goods not marked this way or declared at zero value may be subject to delays or import duties.

My order does not register via the link.
Please make sure that your email is the same address that you placed your order with. And remove -1 from your order number to register your return. If you still have issues registrating your return, please reach out to store@ourlegacy.com
Can I return my order in an OUR LEGACY store?
If you have the possibility to visit an OUR LEGACY flagship store in London, Berlin or Stockholm, you can safely return your online order there. Please make sure the return is within the return policy time frame, with original packaging and original labels attached to the product.
Can I exchange items on my received order?
Unfortunately are we unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to change to a different size or item, a new order must be placed.
When will I receive my refund?
Please note returns can take up to 10 business days to process from arrival of your package to our warehouse. During busy periods this timeline can be longer. However, we do endeavour to process all returned items as quickly as possible.
My product has a defect.
In case of a product defect, please make a claim in our return management here. You will receive a response from our team as quickly as possible.
I paid with Klarna invoice, how do I make a return?
If you paid with Klarna invoice and want to make a return, make sure to pause your invoice through my.klarna.com so that the invoice does not expire before we receive your return. If you fail to pause your invoice before the invoice expires you may be subject to delay fees from Klarna. Please contact Klarna for further questions regarding your invoice.
