We are looking for a Buyer to join our Stockholm-based team on a full-time basis.

In this role, you will work within the global Buying team to support the planning, execution, and performance of seasonal assortments across retail and e-commerce. Combining analytical insight with strong product awareness, you will contribute to driving commercial performance while ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity and long-term vision.

You will report to the Head of Buying.

Responsibilities

· Support the planning and execution of seasonal assortments across global markets, aligned with brand direction, customer needs, and channel strategy

· Assist with seasonal buying activities, order placement, and assortment management in line with the buying calendar

· Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and sell-through across categories and regions, identifying risks and opportunities

· Prepare and analyse weekly and seasonal reports to support buying decisions, assortment planning, and inventory optimization

· Support inventory allocation, inter-market transfers, and regional exclusives to ensure efficient stock management

· Gather and interpret market, customer, and competitor insights to support future buying strategies

· Contribute to product training, presentations, and cross-functional projects across the business

Your Profile

· Experience within buying, merchandising, or a related role in fashion or luxury

· Strong analytical mindset with an interest in sales performance, customer behaviour, and market trends

· Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookup functions, and reporting workflows

· Comfortable working with reporting, order management, and assortment planning

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Commercially aware, organized, and proactive in problem-solving

· Fluent in English, written and spoken
