We are currently looking for a logistics coordinator. In the role you will manage the delivery process and services to our wholesale customers as well as our own global retail stores. Together with the logistics team and 3PL partners you will be responsible for order handling and shipments world-wide and ensure that deliveries arrive to the destination in time with the right documentation. You handle goods supply issues daily via email and phone. You are an important link and coordinator between production department, wholesale and retail teams, warehouses, and functions of freight forwarders.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

· Planning outbound, whilst working closely with inbound deliveries

· Ensure that shipments are sent on time and according to defined plan and schedule

· Work closely in high collaboration with production department, sales and retail teams and warehouses

· You handle goods supply issues daily mainly via email

· Prepare administrative transportation documentation for shipments
