Welcome to the Membership Club of Selftitled AB, with reg. no. 556719-7818,hereinafter called the “Membership Club”.

As a member you can choose to either (i) create an account, (ii) sign up for the newsletter or (iii) both create and account and sign up for the newsletter.

By signing up and becoming a member you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions for the Membership Club, hereinafter called the “Terms and Conditions”. Selftitled shall provide you with the membership services and advantages that you have requested and as they are described in the Terms and Conditions.

Please note that the membership is voluntary and is not a requirement for purchasing Selftitled’s products, either in physical stores or on Selftitled’s website www.ourlegacy.com (the “Website”). The membership is free of charge.

Membership requirements

The membership is personal and will be registered on your email address when you sign up on our website or in one of our physical stores.

To become a member, you must be at least 16 years old. By submitting your membership application, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.

Membership services and advantages for account holders

As a member that has signed up for the account, you will receive the following services:

Member page/account page:

With your own Member page, you will get access to an overlook of your previous purchases, any historic or on-going return processes and any correspondence with Selftitled customer service.Your data will be stored to provide for an easier check-out process when you make purchases.

E-receipt:

When shopping in our physical stores, you may choose to receive your receipt electronically, a so called e-receipt. The e-receipt will be sent to your e-mail address as well as being available on your Member Page.

Membership services and advantages for newsletter subscribers

As a member that has signed up for the newsletter, you will receive the following services:

Newsletter and tailor-made marketing:

By choosing to receive Selftitled newsletters you will receive Selftitled’s newlsetter as well as tailor made information based on your preferences. Selftitled will analyze your previous purchases, what products you have looked at on the Website, attendance on special events, your response to send-outs in order to provide you with tailor-made information. The tailor-made marketing will be produced by using so-called profiling, where your personal data is analyzed in order for Selftitled to be able to make a prediction regarding what products may interest you.

Invitations to special events:

You will receive invitations to special events held by Selftitled or its collaboration partners in your area of residence.

Unsubscribe from send-outs

If you no longer wish to receive marketing communication from us, you can always follow the unsubscribe link in the e-mail or text message. Of course, you can also contact us at store@ourlegacy.com.

Processing of personal data

Our processing of your personal data as a member of the Membership Club for the purpose of providing the services included in the Membership Club and for other relevant purposes is described in our Privacy Policy. Termination

Your membership is valid until further notice. However, ifyou have not made any purchases, logged in to your account or used any of our services during 36 consecutive months, your membership will be automatically cancelled and your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Please note that you can also cancel your membership at any time and for no reason by contacting store@ourlegacy.com.

Selftitled reserves the right to cancel your membership at any time if we suspect the membership is being abused or if you breach the Terms and Conditions.

Changes in the terms and conditions

Selftitled reserves the rights to amend the Terms and Conditions. We will notify you in advance of any changes and then you may cancel your membership if you do not accept the changes.

Limitation of liability

Selftitled will not be liable for any system failure or malfunction of the Membership Club or any consequences thereof. Selftitled accepts no liability for any loss or damages arising from suspension, variation or termination or in any other way relating to the Membership Club, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Sweden, without regards to any rules or principles on conflicts of laws. However, if you are resident in another country than Sweden the Terms and Conditions can be subject to mandatory consumer protection laws and regulations in force in the country of residence which may provide you with additional rights. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising from or relating to the Terms and Conditions or your membership shall be resolved by the applicable courts in Sweden, unless otherwise stipulated in applicable mandatory laws of your country of residence.

If you have any complaints and are not satisfied with Selftitled’s handling of your matter you can always file a complaint with the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform in order to find a solution. The platform is provided by the European Commission to make online shopping safer and fairer through access to quality dispute resolution tools.
