Product Assistant – Knitwear & Jersey

We are looking for a Product Assistant to join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you will support the product development process across our apparel collections, primarily within knitwear and jersey, while also assisting other product categories when needed. You will work closely with the Product Developer, Design, Production, and Raw Material teams, helping coordinate development activities from sketch handover through to production. By supporting sample coordination, supplier communication, and product data management, you will help ensure a smooth and efficient development process.

Responsibilities

· Support the Product Developer in developing styles from design handover through to production

· Coordinate prototypes, sales samples and pre production samples according to the collection timeline

· Organize samples for fittings, document comments, and follow up with suppliers on adjustments

· Track sample deliveries and ensure samples are received, registered, and distributed internally

· Maintain and update product information in the PLM system throughout the development process

· Assist in managing the development and production critical path, ensuring timelines are followed

· Support daily communication with manufacturers and suppliers regarding samples, materials, and delivery timelines

· Assist with gathering cost information and development details from suppliers

· Help ensure products meet quality standards, labeling requirements, and technical specifications

· Support cross-functional collaboration between Design, Production, Logistics, and Raw Material teams

Your Profile

· Interest in product development, garment construction and treatments

· Organized with strong attention to detail

· Comfortable working with multiple timelines and cross-functional teams

· Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams

· Flexible and available according to business needs.

· Experience working with PLM systems or product data management is a plus

· Fluent in spoken and written English
