
SALES FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR

We are currently looking for a Sales Finance Administrator to join our Stockholm Head Office.
As Sales Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the core financial processes that support our sales operations. From invoice administration to cash flow analysis, you will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all processes. You will report to the Wholesale Manager and work closely with our Commercial and Finance Team to provide insights, streamline workflows, and strengthen the brand’s commercial performance.
Tasks will include but not be limited to:
Day-to-day operations
· Prepare and manage invoices in Centra & Fortnox with accuracy and timeliness.
· Maintain and reconcile customer ledger to ensure up-to-date account records.
· Oversee credit insurance documentation and compliance requirements.
· Follow up on customer payments to secure timely collections.
· Administrate prepayments and ensure proper allocation across accounts.
· Coordinate monthly intercompany settlements to ensure smooth reconciliation.
· Conduct cash flow analysis and provide reports to support commercial
decisions.
· Administrate concession settlements, ensuring agreements are tracked and executed correctly.
· Perform financial analysis to identify trends and support decision-making.
· Track collaborative agencies and oversee financial flows.
Administrative duties
· Work with yearly budgets, setting weekly and monthly financial goals in alignment with sales targets.
· Prepare and deliver detailed reports on sales figures, cash flow, and KPIs.
· Monitor and ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.
· Support forecasting and financial planning by analysing trends in customer payments and sales performance.
· Coordinate with auditors and external partners on financial documentation when required.
· Maintain accurate records for intercompany transactions and concession agreements.
· Provide financial insights to management to support decision-making and commercial strategy.
· Participate in weekly finance and commercial meetings, presenting updates and recommendations.
Your profile
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
· Experience in financial administration and back-office operations management.
· Skilled in generating reports, analysing data, and working with KPIs.
· Familiarity with Centra and Fortnox is an advantage.
· Fluent in spoken and written English. (Swedish is an advantage.)
· Flexible and available according to business needs.
· Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
· Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and hands-on.
